July Lan PArty Dinner

OK So I have been thinking. We have done the fajitas a couple of parties, we have done pizza at another. Does anyone have any ideas on what we can do at this next one? Don't get me wrong, both were damn good. And if everyone would like to keep with what we have been doing I am all for it. I was also thinking we could do something different...if everyone was up for it.

PLEASE POST YOUR OPINIONS AND IDEAS!

maybe we can get a couple of crock pots going very early on saturday and let them slow cook a couple of briskets for that evening. just a thought. if we do it we need more than one crock pot. i have one already. also less cooking involved on our part.

Thats not a bad idea. I have a crock pot. I could bring that.

That would be kool. That would be easy to do. Just check on it here and there. Maybe we can do beans and something else. Shoot a great dinner with less work.

I like the smoker idea best. That way no one has to constantly tend the grill in the July heat. Also, less time cooking means more time killin!

OK so its a done deal. We need to figure out the arrangements. Keep in mind everyone gives there money in the evening. So will have to figure that one out.
